Proposals - June A Comedy by Neil Simon
Directed by: |
It's Neil Simon's newest play and some say his best work ever. Two broken families reunite and intertwine in one brief but infinitely memorable summer in the Poconos of the early 1950s. "Proposals" presents us with a poignant, yet often hilarious look at the wistful beauty of summer's end and the significance of love's hopeful beginnings and powerful endings. Simon reminds us of the offers we make and accept and the power they have to change our lives. This is Simon's legendary wit and wisdom at its best! |

Grease! - July A Musical by Jacobs and Casey
Directed by: |
Originally staged as a five-hour amateur production in a Chicago trolley barn, Grease took a satirical look at the dress, manners, morals, and music of teenagers at the beginning of the rock and roll era. The plot revolves primarily around the attraction between greaser Danny Zuko and the virtuous Sandy Dumbrowski. The show spawned such musical hits as "Summer Nights," "Greased Lightning," and "Beauty School Dropout." |
